1. Introduction
Razor Tools ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website and services at tools.razorboost.cc and related domains (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and disclose information when you access or use the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy and to our Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly and automatically when using the Service.
- Account and identity: Username, email, password (hashed), API key, and any profile or account details you submit.
- Balance and payment: Balance top-up invoices, Litecoin (LTC) deposit addresses, transaction hashes and on-chain confirmation data, and a ledger of per-action charges deducted from your balance.
- Tool inputs you supply: The configuration and materials you provide to run the tools you select, which may include third-party account tokens, login credentials, proxies, channel or server IDs, and similar data ("Your Accounts and Materials").
- Usage records: Which tool was run, timestamps, success and failure counts, and the amount deducted per successful action.
- Technical and log data: IP address, browser type, device information, server and tool logs, and similar technical data generated when you access the Service.
- Communications: Messages or support requests you send to us.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Authenticate you and manage your account.
- Generate balance top-up invoices, verify Litecoin payments on-chain, credit your balance, and deduct pay-as-you-go charges for successful tool actions.
- Operate the tools you run on our platform at your direction and produce the status and output you see in the dashboard.
- Send service-related notices and updates where necessary.
- Respond to your requests and enforce our terms and policies.
- Protect against fraud, abuse, chargebacks, replayed transactions, and security incidents.
- Comply with applicable law and legal process.
4. Third-Party Platforms and Materials You Supply
When you run a tool, you direct us to use Your Accounts and Materials to interact with third-party platforms (such as Discord) on your behalf. To do so, we transmit the relevant tokens, credentials, and data to those platforms as required to perform the action you requested. Those third-party platforms are operated by others and have their own privacy practices and terms, which we do not control and are not responsible for.
We are not responsible for what happens to any account, token, or credential you supply, including any suspension, banning, loss, or compromise of it, as further described in our Terms of Service. You should only submit materials you own or are authorized to use, and you should treat any token or credential you provide to any online tool as potentially exposed and rotate it as appropriate.
5. Data Retention and Security
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Balance, invoice, and usage-ledger data may be retained for an extended period for accounting, fraud-prevention, and audit purposes even after account closure. We implement technical and organizational measures intended to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you use the Service and submit any materials at your own risk.
6. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only:
- With third-party platforms you direct us to interact with, to the extent necessary to perform the actions you request.
- With service providers who assist us under confidentiality and data-processing obligations (for example, blockchain data providers we query to confirm Litecoin payments).
- With public blockchain networks. Litecoin deposit addresses, transaction hashes, amounts, and timing are, by the nature of the blockchain, publicly visible and cannot be redacted by us.
- When required by law, court order, or government request.
- To protect our rights, safety, or property, or that of users or the public.
- In connection with a merger, sale, or other transfer of assets, subject to this policy.
7. International Data Transfers
The Service may be operated from, and your information may be processed in, jurisdictions other than your own, where data protection laws may differ. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in those jurisdictions to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under the age of majority in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect information from such individuals. If we learn that we have collected information from someone ineligible to use the Service, we will delete it and may terminate the associated account.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights or ask questions about your data, contact us using the details in Section 12. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. You may stop using the Service at any time; account-deletion requests will be handled as described in our Terms of Service, subject to data we must retain for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
10. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, security, and to improve the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit or prevent use of certain features. By continuing to use the Service, you consent to our use of cookies as described here.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated via the Service or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use and may close your account.
12. Contact
For privacy-related questions, requests, or complaints, contact Razor Tools via our official Discord community or support channels linked from the Service. We will address requests in accordance with applicable data-protection law.
